Getting Started
It all starts with a simple conversation so that we can flesh out a brief for the team member you’re looking for – the role, hours, salary, level of experience, etc. – but most importantly, the kind of person you need to slot right into your salon.

The Search
We’ll get started right away using our tried and tested techniques to unearth the best talent around that matches your criteria. We’ll approach them on your behalf and pre-interview them to gauge their interest and appropriateness fro your business.
3.
Selection
We’ll present your carefully selected candidates to you for review. Choosing between them will be tough but once you have we’ll submit your offer to them and you’ll land yourself a talented team member.

Our search process involves using custom tools that we’ve built ourselves to unearth all of the talent in your area.
We search Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, news sites and local networks for appropriate candidates and then manually filter through to find the best people for you. Then we pre-screen each individual to make sure they’re the right fit.
